Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Early Years Practitioners for private day nurseries across Leeds. You will support children aged 0-5, assist with daily routines, and help deliver early learning and development in a safe, engaging environment.

Candidates should hold Level 2 or 3 Childcare, have Paediatric First Aid, and at least three months nursery experience, with EYFS knowledge and the ability to work well in a team. ASAP start, full-time, long-term roles.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Minimum of 3 months' nursery experience.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS.
• Caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team.

Do you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification and experience working within a nursery setting?

Are you passionate about supporting the learning and development of children aged 0 - 5 years?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with several private day nurseries across Leeds who are looking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner. The settings provide care and Early Years education for children aged 0 - 5 years, supporting their learning and development throughout these important early stages.

The nurseries are looking to take on Early Years Practitioners on a full-time, long-term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Early Years Practitioners will work with children across the nursery, supporting their daily routines, learning and development while helping to maintain a safe, engaging and positive environment.

The successful Early Years Practitioners will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
• A minimum of 3 months' experience working within a nursery setting
• Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team
