Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is £12.99 per hour (Level 2) or £13.50 per hour (Level 3), with a Welcome Bonus of £1000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities aligned to EYFS milestones, creating a safe, inclusive learning environment while building strong partnerships with colleagues and parents to support

Competenze

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Salary – Starting from £12.99ph (level 2), starting from £13.50ph (level 3) (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location- Hemel Hempstead, HP1

Hours- Full Time Monday-Friday

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
