Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Supply (Qualified) to join our nursery in Alsager. The role offers flexible, zero-hour contracts with a focus on delivering safe, engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a supportive, nature-based learning environment.

You will join a passionate team, with funded training and development opportunities, and a pathway for career progression within Thrive. DBS checks and safeguarding are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting development.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.

£13.65 (Qualified) - Zero Hour Contract - Flexible Hours

As an Early Years Supply (Qualfied), you’ll be spending time with our wonderful children, exploring the outdoors, and supporting their development in a safe, welcoming, and well-resourced environment. You’ll join a passionate, highly skilled team committed to delivering exceptional care and memorable learning experiences every day.
