Bright Horizons Dandelions Day Nursery and Preschool in Andover is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, supportive team. The role is 24 hours across 3 full days, with a focus on creating a safe, engaging environment that promotes child development and a love of learning.

You will plan and reflect on activities tailored to each child, work closely with families, and uphold safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification required
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Safeguarding and child protection awareness
• Ability to build partnerships with colleagues and families

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child
• Provide a safe environment encouraging expression and a love of learning
• Support children's development towards milestones
• Collaborate with parents/carers and colleagues to support holistic development

Education

Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
