Job summary

Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust in Ashington is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join the James Knott Primary School team. The role involves supporting children aged 2–4 years in a high-quality learning environment and contributing to our nurturing ethos.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 EY qualification, have experience with 2–4 year olds, and demonstrate a caring, patient, and flexible approach to learning and development. Interviews on 1 May.

Qualifications

• Hold a full Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum requirement).
• Experience with children aged 2–4 years.
• Caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• Commitment to supporting children’s learning through high-quality practice.
