Job summary

Grandir UK's Pippa's House Day Nursery in Ash Vale is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support and inspire children daily.

You'll help deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS, supervise playroom staff, and build positive relationships with parents and carers.

Qualifications

• Role requires caring, enthusiastic approach with children.
• Experience or understanding of EYFS is desirable.
• Ability to work in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure standards delivered.
• Ensure EYFS requirements implemented in practice.
• Provide feedback to parents about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure staff maintain professional relationships with parents and carers.
