Job summary

Pippa’s House Day Nursery Weybridge, part of Grandir UK Limited, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support and inspire children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will promote high standards, supervise playroom staff, and help deliver EYFS in a warm, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years care and EYFS knowledge.
• Caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to ensure required standards are delivered in rooms.
• Ensure nursery keycarer procedures are implemented and children are allocated to keycarers.
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in practice and provision.
• Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open, positive working relationships with staff and parents.
