Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities for young children, focusing on development and safety. You will foster a nurturing environment where children can explore, express themselves, and build a love of learning.

Applicants should hold a current Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, with EYFS expertise and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Strong passion for creating fun, inclusive learning environments
• Solid understanding of the EYFS
• Good safeguarding and child-protection knowledge

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child
• Provide a safe environment for children to express themselves and develop
• Support learning and development towards milestones
• Work in partnership with colleagues and parents/carers
