The Role:
  • Overseeing daily operations within the pre-school room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Leading a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration.
  • Developing creative, play-based learning programmes that spark curiosity and promote development.
  • Building strong relationships with parents.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Supporting the professional growth of your team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in early childhood education or childcare (2+ years preferred).
  • A passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (preferred, but not essential).
