Job summary

Bright Horizons Broadgreen in Liverpool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Lunch Cover at Broadgreen Nursery near Broadgreen Hospital. Salary £13.50 per hour.

Shift options: 20 hours over 5 days, 10:00–14:00. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, support development, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and explore.

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner for Lunch Cover to join our Broadgreen Nursery near Broadgreen Hospital.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
