Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinckley is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hinckley Nursery on a 20-hour week, Monday to Friday, 11:00–15:00. You will plan and deliver engaging activities under the EYFS framework, creating a safe, stimulating learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Maintain a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves, engage minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Salary – £13.50+/hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role
