Job summary

Bright Horizons Broadgreen Nursery in Liverpool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover. You will plan and implement engaging activities for key children, creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters a love of learning and developmental progress.

The role requires Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to collaborate with parents and colleagues. A DBS check is part of pre-employment checks and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
