Create Education in Peckham is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner (Level 3+) for a permanent, full-time role. You will deliver high-quality EYFS care and education, plan activities, observe progress, and build strong relationships with children and families.

We require at least 3 years in an Early Years setting and a Level 3+ EYFS qualification. The role starts ASAP or January 2027, with a generous salary (£27,500–£32,500) and a 52-week working year, plus benefits like annual leave

Qualifikationen

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and EYFS understanding.
