Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Corner House, Trafford Park. You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment, delivering EYFS-aligned activities.

The role suits an experienced practitioner or nursery nurse, with Level 2 EYQ and a passion for developmental care. On-site posting with clear progression opportunities across the North West region.

Qualifications

• Level 2 EY qualification is essential.
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS.
• Support children's learning, development and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Level 2)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House, Trafford Park. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.
