Busy Bees Salisbury, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, seeks an Early Years Educator to support children’s intellectual, social and emotional development. You’ll help deliver our Bee Curious curriculum in a nurturing, high-quality environment that values each child.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
