About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am and 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.

We seek someone passionate about early years education, capable of achieving excellent outcomes for children.

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
