Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a confident Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) for an all-year-round, full-time role in London. The nursery offers a bright environment, outdoor learning and a supportive team, with a focus on children exploring, discovering and thriving.

The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge and a history of stability in prior positions, with opportunities for ongoing development and a long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Proven stability and commitment in previous positions.
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Experience planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel confident and supported.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.
• Support children's confidence, independence, communication and social development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Use the nursery's age-specific rooms and resources to support learning through play.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
