Job summary

Bright Horizons Haydon Hall Montessori Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 to join our well-established Montessori setting in Pinner, London. You will plan, create and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development towards milestones in a woodland setting with good transport links.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and strong EYFS knowledge.

Salary

Starting from £29,973 per annum pro-rata (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 to join our Haydon Hall Montessori nursery. We’re a well established Montessori setting, with an experienced team of practitioners. We are set in woodland, next to Eastcote Cricket Club, with good transport links and on-site parking.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
