Wishford Day Nursery in Henley-on-Thames is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join a growing team in a year‑round setting. The role focuses on children aged 2–4 and will involve delivering engaging EYFS activities, planning, and contributing to a high standard of care.

We welcome candidates with Level 3 in Early Years Education or proven experience in early years teaching. Flexible hours (FT/PT) and a supportive senior team accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years is preferred, with a track record of delivering high-quality teaching in the EYFS.
• Ability to plan inspiring activities for 2–4-year-olds and support their development in a year‑round setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Early Years practice in a 2–4-year-old group within EYFS.
• Work with the Nursery Manager to maintain standards and support expansion to year‑round provision.
• Contribute to a happy, safe, and inclusive learning environment for children.
