Job summary

Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool in Brentwood, Essex, seeks an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a love of learning in a warm setting.

The role requires full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, with EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding. 40 hours per week, working 4 or 5 days, with a 50% childcare discount available and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development towards milestones.
