Job summary

Bright Horizons Buckhurst Hill Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and assess engaging activities for children aged infancy to preschool, aligned with the EYFS framework. The role focuses on safe, inclusive learning and partnership with parents.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at our Buckhurst Hill site; a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification is required, and an enhanced DBS check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification required.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Ability to build trusts with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity.
• Build strong working partnerships with parents and carers.
