Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join the Kemnay CSN, based initially at Kintore Nursery, with potential relocation within Kemnay CSN. You will support the Early Learning and Childcare team in delivering the Early Level curriculum and contribute to children's care and education.

This post is regulated work requiring PVG registration or update, plus pre-employment checks including a PVG/Overseas criminal record check and SSSC registration within 3 months.

Qualifications

• This post is regulated work with PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups).
• You must join the PVG Scheme or update, and provide any required overseas criminal record check.
• Offer is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks including references and PVG/overseas checks, plus SSSC registration within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Act as a member of the Early Learning and Childcare team and support the Early Level curriculum.
• Contribute to the care and education of children and uphold service quality through continuous improvement.
