Bright Horizons Court Oak Nursery in Harborne, Birmingham is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and review engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward EYFS milestones.

You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment, work closely with colleagues and parents, and uphold safeguarding standards. Level 3+ EYFS qualification and passion for child development are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
• Develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
