You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment, support children's development toward EYFS milestones, and collaborate closely with parents and colleagues. The role offers career development within a trusted childcare leader.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development.
• Maintain a safe environment and foster a love of learning while supporting individual milestones.
