Job summary

Academics are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner in the Hatfield area. Role offers a full-time contract with a salary of £95 - £105 depending on experience. You will provide care, supervision and support to children, help implement policies, and contribute to ambitious practice that supports development.

You will follow Health & Safety policies, maintain records and stay vigilant to safeguarding at all times, in a friendly and supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent care, support and supervision to children.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and update regularly.
• Be alert to safeguarding concerns and ensure welfare and safety.
• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care, support and supervision to children.
• Support the implementation of all operational policies and procedures.
• Help deliver inspiring and ambitious practice that supports children's development.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring relevant documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and update these regularly.
• Be alert to safeguarding concerns and ensure the welfare and safety of all children at all times.
