Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Nursery in Chandlers Ford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging development toward EYFS milestones in a safe, supportive setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, demonstrate a passion for inclusive learning, have strong safeguarding knowledge, and build trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification or equivalent
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust with colleagues and parents
