Job summary

Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 in Early Years to join our Burgess Hill site. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, ensuring a safe, caring environment that promotes development and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Good understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Maintain a safe environment that supports children to express themselves and develop.
