Job summary

Bright Horizons Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Harpenden. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for each child, supporting development and a love of learning in a safe environment.

The role requires Full Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, and strong safeguarding awareness. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking at the Harpenden site.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
• Provide a safe environment encouraging expression and a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents/carers.
