Job summary

Storal’s Clowne Nursery is hiring passionate nursery practitioners to join our team in Clowne, Chesterfield. You will deliver the Storal curriculum, support young children through play, and work closely with families to nurture development in a warm, welcoming setting.

Experience in Early Years and a Level 3 qualification are required, with opportunities for personal growth and a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced holidays and wellbeing support.

Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About Our Nursery

Supporting our local community is very important to us. We regularly visit a nearby residential home for dementia patients and actively fundraise for various local charities, nurturing a strong sense of community and belonging in our children.

We love helping our children connect with nature through our wonderful outdoor spaces, which provide a rich learning environment full of opportunities to explore, play, and discover the natural world.

About The Role

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About You

• A true love for child development and care
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you [mgnt roles]
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
