Connected Recruitment Limited is partnering with a thriving nursery to recruit an Early Years Practitioner. You will help deliver the Learning through Play ethos, plan engaging activities and build strong relationships with children and parents.

The role offers a 4-day week option and flexi hours to help you maintain a balanced lifestyle. An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out, with opportunities for career progression and professional development within the group.

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Lots of energy; and above all, a passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children.
