Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Rugby. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities for children from 3 months to 5 years, in a nurturing environment next to Rugby Train Station.

You will work Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £28,080–£29,203.20 per year, and access to benefits including childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, and a professional development programme.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with parents/carers.
