Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is hiring an Early Years Practitioner in Rugby (CV21 4BW). You will plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years, supporting development and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Salary £28,080–£29,203.20 per year, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Benefits include 50% childcare for first child, enhanced parental leave, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, wellbeing support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Nursery – Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery Salary – £28,080 - £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience) Hour - 40 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | Permanent Location – Rugby, CV21 4BW. This 63 place nursery based in a great location next to Rugby Train Station cares for children from 3months to 5 years old! Its age based rooms are full of cosy reading corners, imagination stations, role play and fantastic resources with a beautiful outdoor space that children can access throughout the day!

The Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
