Job summary

Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery, Winchester, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. The 75-place OFSTED Outstanding nursery offers a supportive culture and excellent development opportunities near M3/J9, with easy rail and bus access.

You will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development toward milestones in a safe environment that encourages self-expression and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
