Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.

  • Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers.
  • Ensure that practice and provision meet EYFS requirements.
  • Provide professional feedback to parents about their child.

About Our Nursery

At Kiddi Caru, we provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Our Baby Beans, Runner Beans, and Jelly Beans rooms are designed for each stage of development, featuring dedicated play and garden spaces, sensory areas, and a wide range of activities to spark curiosity, creativity, and learning.

Our highly-qualified, experienced team is committed to providing consistent, high-quality care, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting every child’s development with passion and expertise.

Location and Travel

We are conveniently located near Bristol city centre on Wells Road, just off the A37 and next to St. Bernadette’s Secondary School, making us ideal for families in Hengrove, Whitchurch, Stockwood, and those commuting into Bristol.

What will you be doing
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
