About The Role

We're looking for passionate people to join our Nursery Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

The Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for being a key worker, participating in planning, organisation, and operation within the room. They will also provide a stimulating and varied programme of play, ensure the safety and well-being of children, and work alongside the Nursery Leadership team to deliver a consistent experience for parents, carers, and children, as well as team members. The role involves delivering the key responsibilities and ensuring compliance with Butlin's Little Learners Day Nursery standards.

We offer an exciting activity programme and value consistency of care. You will help create a safe, supportive environment that considers each child's development, monitors safeguarding policies, and actively participates in activity planning, child observation, and development records. You will also contribute to creating a stimulating and creative nursery atmosphere with a wide range of activities.

About You

You should have strong knowledge of safeguarding requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, along with a caring, nurturing attitude towards children and excellent communication skills.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.15am and 5.45pm, paid fortnightly.

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare is essential for this role.
