Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and implementing brain-based learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of children in our setting. We are looking for an incredible practitioner who: - is kind, nurturing, patient, dynamic and encouraging. - is able to embody our values of GLO (Growth, Love, Over & Above) as well as embrace the YA Way. - is able to be open minded and committed to developing strong relationships, utilising relational approaches with staff, children and parents. - is able to create a nurturing, stimulating and engaging environment that supports each child's unique learning journey. - can implement brain-based learning techniques to enhance cognitive development and critical thinking skills. - is able to deliver engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and interests. - can collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide individualised support and foster a sense of community. - is able to maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
