About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in the Early Years. Working closely with class teachers and other EYFS staff, you will help to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning experiences that promote all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of daily activities that stimulate curiosity and learning
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in collaboration with the teaching team
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all pupils
Work closely with colleagues and parents to support children's development and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Prior experience working in a nursery or school EYFS setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
A nurturing, child-centred approach to learning and care
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing improvement
