Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking to join a vibrant and supportive school community?

We are a welcoming and inclusive two-form entry primary school in the heart of Greenwich, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team from September 2025.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our youngest learners. You will work closely with teachers and other EYFS staff to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. The hours for this role is 8:15am - 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children aged 3-5
  • Foster a warm and inclusive classroom culture that supports all learners
  • Contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities that promote development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with school policies
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's learning journey

We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Early Years Practitioner (minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting
  • A positive, caring, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
