Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to provide nurturing care and stimulating learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You will support play, routines and development, creating a safe and inspiring environment for children.

The role emphasises teamwork, strong communication with families, safeguarding and delivering high-quality education across ages. A Level 3 qualification and commitment to early years are essential.

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Hours: Full Time & Part Time roles available (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to £29,670 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

Role Overview

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn.

You will contribute to high-quality early years practice and help deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
  • Support children's learning through play, exploration and daily routines
