Job summary

Connected Recruitment Limited is seeking an Early Years Educator to join a friendly nursery team in Teddington. You will deliver the EYFS curriculum, plan activities and build strong relationships with children and parents.

This role offers a 40-hour week with a flexible 4-day option, a competitive salary of £28,500–£30,000 per annum, and opportunities for training and career development within a supportive childcare group.

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What you will bring

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS;
