Thrive Childcare and Education, Nature Kindergarten Media City, Salford, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a warm, nurturing nursery environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner with Level 2/3 EY qualifications and EYFS knowledge who wants to grow within a supportive childcare setting, with clear progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Salary: £13.25 per hour (Level 2) - £13.55 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Nature Kindergarten Media City, Salford. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
