Bright Horizons Livingston Early Learning and Childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Livingston. You will plan, implement and reflect on activities tailored to each child to support development within a nurturing, safe environment that invites exploration and expression.

With a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, you will contribute to delivering the Scottish Curriculum and safeguarding practices, building strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (Scottish context preferred).
• Passion for creating inclusive, fun learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Scottish Curriculum and safeguarding.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

The nursery features sensory rooms for babies, well‑resourced toddler and preschool areas, and a structured Ready for School programme to support early learning and confidence. It also offers a large outdoor space with a mud kitchen, growing area, and bike/scooter zone, designed to encourage active, exploratory play.
