Job summary

Bright Horizons Kings Hill Nursery in West Malling, Kent is looking for a full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. Salary £28,072 - £33,020 p/a, with flexible hours including full-time and part-time lunch cover.

You will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones while keeping a safe, nurturing environment. We offer a 50% childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, 20 days holiday plus bank

Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Nursery: Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool Salary Level 3 – £28,072 - £33,020 p/a per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience) Hours - Full time and part time lunch cover role available Location: West Malling, Kent Are you looking to work for an organisation whose culture is driven by our HEART principles – Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork? We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Kings Hill Nursery, situated right on the Southern edge of the business park, with our own large car park. The nursery offers seven spacious rooms, each designed with age appropriate resources and also features a fantastic outdoor garden complete with a climbing frame, tricycles, hoops and so much more!

Shift options: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days *Subject to T&Cs

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
