Job summary

Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Pre School is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a lifelong love of learning.

What you bring: a full Level 3 or above EYFS qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for inclusive learning environments. You will work on-site in Bromley with a supportive team and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification is required.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Pre School

Salary – Level 2

£29,9972.80 to £30,888 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary – Level 3

£31,158.40 to £36,649.60 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
