Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a 40-hour week role in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The nursery emphasizes nurturing environments with planned activities aligned to EYFS, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with families.

The role requires Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications and a commitment to safeguarding, with DBS checks prior to appointment. The organisation offers a supportive HEART culture and development opportunities.

Salary: Starting from £28,080 - £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Hours - 40 hours per week

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8

We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool. The nursery is situated in the beautiful castle town of Kenilworth -commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the West Midlands.

This nursery is proudly rated 'Good' by Ofsted and offers a full refurbished environment, extensive outdoor area and is full of cosy reading corners, sensory area's and imagination stations!

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we're looking for

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
