Early Years Practitioner Wanted in Bournemouth!

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bournemouth
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full Time OR Part Time

We’re looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a dynamic team and make a difference in children's lives!

About the Role:
Support children's learning and development in a nurturing environment. Work closely with teachers, assist in lesson prep, and help students thrive through one-on-one and group support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with teachers on tailored learning plans
  2. Offer individual and group support to boost academic & social skills
  3. Support positive classroom activities & behaviours
  4. Track children’s progress and provide regular updates
  5. Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive support

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Early Years or similar role
  2. Passion for helping children develop
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  4. Early years education qualifications are a plus
