Job summary

Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Nursery is seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and education, aligned with the Scottish Curriculum. Working with a dedicated team, you will create stimulating learning experiences and support each child’s milestones.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have experience in a nursery, and demonstrate excellent communication and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork; safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support curiosity and learning.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing, development and independence.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment and help the nursery run smoothly.
• Assist with safeguarding and participate in checks and duties.
