Job summary

Bright Horizons Kirkby is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for our Kirkby nursery in Merseyside. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering their development and a lifelong love of learning.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and work 40 hours over 5 days, with safeguarding and EYFS standards at the core. DBS checks and career development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Foster a safe environment that promotes a love of learning.
• Support inclusive learning and development towards milestones.
