Job summary

Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery & Pre-School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities that support each child’s development. You’ll create a safe space where children can explore and learn, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

The role requires a Level 2+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s development.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning.
• Work closely with families and colleagues to support each child’s milestones.
