Job summary

TeacherActive in Carmarthen is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to deliver engaging activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Immediate start with a competitive hourly rate of £14.25–£15.00 ensures a supportive, safe learning environment for every child.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 in Childcare or Early Years, with Level 3 desirable, and bring strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nurseries, Cylch Meithrins or Flying Start settings.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is the minimum requirement.
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development.
• Experience in nurseries, Cylch Meithrins or Flying Start settings.
• Caring, reliable and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
